Dear Lindsay & Melanie,

I am sorry that it has taken me so long to write this. Life has been a bit chaotic.

Mark and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your help with the sale of Monarch Park and the purchase of Guildwood Parkway. You were so easy to work with. You made what could have been a very stressful experience relatively easy.

Lindsay, your instincts were terrific in terms of the setting the price and dealing with the two offers. We felt very comfortable with your low pressure style. We think that we got a fair price for our home and we hope that the purchasers feel that they were treated well.
