I remember when I first started in real estate I wanted to be everything to everyone. I love working with people and helping them buy and sell homes; I love to negotiate and build relationships. However, there are a myriad of things involved in the process and when I started on my own I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I was unable to focus on the parts of the business I loved and excelled in, because I had to do other jobs to ensure that the listing was taken care of. This led to dropping the ball in client care, but I know it could have led to other major areas. This was the single and most important reason I created a team starting with my partnership with my sister and our dad. I knew there must be a better system and we’ve never looked back.
